A contested divorce is when spouses are not reaching an agreement and are asking the court to make decisions on matters such as division of properties, child support, and child custody. We can assist you in all stages of the proceeding including negotiation & trial.
An uncontested divorce, also known as an “agreed divorce”, is where both spouses agree on the grounds for the divorce and on all issues related to the divorce process. We can assist you in completing and filing the correct pleadings and paperwork in court.
During the initial consultation, in-person or Zoom meeting, we will go over the basics of divorce in Texas, discuss a brief overview of your case, and explain exactly what to expect in a divorce process.

You get to decide who gets what of your estate and not let the State of Texas decides for you. You get to elect someone to handle your affairs after you pass on. You can spare your loved one from lengthy ordeal with probate matter. You can establish legal guardianship for minor children.
A Trust allows you a certain level of control over your Estate that Wills cannot provide. The structure of Trusts allows you to decide how and when your assets will be distributed. If you have young children, this can be a great way to ensure they do not receive their inheritances in one lump sum.

What is your attorney fee for your legal services?
Each matter we handle requires different fees. We will provide you with a price quote during our consultation and after analyzing your case. How much a divorce cost?

Every divorce is different and so are the costs. Uncontested divorces are usually less costly than contested. If the divorce is agreed, then it can save a lot of money on court fees – as well as a great deal of time and emotional stress. The factors that play into the cost of a divorce include, but are not limited to court fees, filing fees, attorney fees, and
spousal maintenance, and/or child support (when applicable).
How much does an estate planning cost?
Depends on the types and combination of estate planning documents you need - Wills, Trusts, Powers of attorney, and Health Care documents.
How much does a family-based immigration petition cost?
1. Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative - $535.00; 2. Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (beneficiary is in the U.S.) - $1,225.00; 3.
